Securely pack your items in their original Kompsós packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
